There are no two identical career paths in iTree Group. Your personal goals and your potential could be realized in consulting, technical, business expertize or project management. And  if you show growth and commitment, promotion in iTree Group will be proceeding very quick.

The career paths in iTree Group are arranged in three streams and four levels, forming a matrix.

The Delivery stream focuses on the technical and business knowledge. There are many specializations in the stream, from database experts to web developers, from insurance to utilities specialists. Other streams are Project Management, Business Administration, Business Development and Office Administration.

You will join our team as a Candidate or Specialist, depending on your professional background and experience. Having fulfilled advancement criteria you will be promoted  to the next level and work more independently. With sufficient experience you will become a Senior Specialist, able to work independently. Typically at this point, a decision is taken: either to pursue further technical and application area and become an Expert, or to transfer to project management stream. Levels in this stream are similar, from a project group leader to a specialist project manager who is able to manage several large projects simultaneously.

The other streams are general management and business support functions, again starting from department manager and moving on to management of companies that form the iTree Group or working in accounting, controlling and legal departments.
