Service Options

This service is provided to iTree customers together with the iTree Platform, a standards-based project environment. iTree Project Management Service is offered to customers for the management of enterprise level projects and is also bundled as the management layer for products and services provided by iTree Group. We offer our services in three major areas:

• Project Management Office - implementation of the processes, procedures and tools supporting the PMO in customer organizations with training, coaching and support in throughout the full project lifecycle;
• Project recovery - recovery of troubled projects, project audit, project improvement recommendations and coaching for customer's project teams; and
• Implementation project management - implementation of new solutions supplied by iTree Group and project management on behalf of our customer with third party implementations
